Easy Air Fryer Egg Tarts
INGREDIENTS
For 9 egg tarts
- 2 eggs
- 60g of sugar
- 150ml of milk
- 25ml warm water
- 9 egg tart crust

PRÉPARATION
- Mix eggs with sugar and milk. Stir well.
- Sieve the mixture so that it’s smooth.
- Fill tart ¾ full.
- Put in air fryer for 5 -10 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove when golden brown.
