  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pint La Tropicale vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup dry fruits and nuts
  • Honey or chocolate sauce, for drizzling


  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.. Stir to combine.
  2. Simmer the peaches, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and the sauce has thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into wafer bowls.
  4. Top the ice cream with the warm, spiced peaches and their sauce.
