  • 4 I&J Fish Fingers, cooked in the air fryer
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey mayo sauce (or any other spicy sauce)
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 slice of cheese, cut into thin strips


  1. Cook the I&J Fish Fingers in the air fryer according to the package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sushi rice with the rice wine and salt. Stir until the rice is well coated.
  3. Lay the nori sheet on a clean, dry surface. Spread the seasoned sushi rice evenly across the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. Drizzle the spicy sauce down the center of the sushi rice, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  5. Place the cooked I&J Fish Fingers side by side in the center of the sushi roll, with one finger on each side.
  6. Arrange the cucumber, carrot, and cheese strips on top of the fish fingers.
  7. Carefully roll the sushi, starting from the bottom and tightly rolling towards the top. Moisten the top border of the nori sheet with water to seal the roll.
