INGREDIENTS

For 3 servings

You will need:

  • 3 Frozen I&J Light and Crispy Crumbed Hake Fillet
  • 3 Small Bell Peppers: Red, Yellow and Green
  • ½  onion
  • ½ can of tomato paste
  • Mozzarella
  • Fine herbs

Enjoy.

DIRECTION

  • Dice the bell peppers and onion.
  • Line your tray with parchment paper and place the frozen hake fillet.
  • Put a spoonful of tomato paste on each fillet followed by some diced bell peppers and onion.
  • Place some mozzarella bits on each fillet.
  • Season with pepper and fine herbs.
  • Put it in an air fryer for 20 minutes or until the hake is golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot for some cheesy fish fillet.
