INGREDIENTS

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 potatoes
  • Lamb shoulder
  • Half cup oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

DIRECTION

  • ┬áSlice the carrots and onions.
  • Dice the potatoes.
  • In a bowl, prepare the marinade. Add in oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • In a bigger bowl, add in the vegetables along with the lamb. Pour in the marinade. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • On a lined baking sheet, place the vegetables and lamb.
  • Bake it for 1 hour at 200 degrees.

Serve hot!
