Scrumptious Lamb Tacos: A Flavorful Fiesta in Every Bite!

INGREDIENTS

Salsa salad

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • Cilantro
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Avocado mix

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ΒΌ onion
  • Salt and pepper

Frying

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Thyme
  • 450 g lamb
  • 1 tbsp cuban spice mix
  • Salt and pepper

Tacos

  • 4-6 Hard shell Tacos

DIRECTION

  1. Diced tomato, onion, cucumber and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, add in the diced vegetables along with cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil. Set aside
  3. In another bowl, mash the avocado and add in the lemon juice and season accordingly.
  4. In a pan, add in oil and butter and let it melt.
  5. Then add in ginger paste, garlic,thyme and the meat. Season with salt,pepper and cuban spice mix.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes according to your preference.
  7. Layer the taco shell with meat followed by the salsa salad and top it off with the avocado mix.
