INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chili oil
  • 2 Oeudor eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped spring onions
  • Salt
  • Avocado

DIRECTION

  1. Toast the bread to your desired crispness and lightly butter it.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Carefully pour in the chili oil, swirling the pan to coat the bottom.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and salt it. Pour the mixed egg into the pan and let them cook for about 30 seconds.
