INGREDIENTS

  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2tb of finely chopped dill
  • 1 medium chopped white onion
  • 50gm Pomegranate seeds
  • Olive Oil

PRÉPARATION

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt with chopped onion and chopped dill.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prior to serving, seed the pomegranate.
  4. To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
