Korean shrimp scallion pancake with Oeudor!

Hey folks, let’s talk about a delicious and healthy recipe featuring fresh Oeudor eggs – Korean shrimp scallion pancake! Combining eggs, flour and shrimps along with spring onions, this dish is a fantastic way to enjoy the goodness of eggs while savouring the flavours of Korean cuisine.


  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 and a half cup flour
  • Half a cup of sliced spring onion
  • 1 cup of shrimp- deveined
  • Salt to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix egg and water, salt and mix well.
  2. Pour in flour, spring onion, and whisk until lump free
  3. Then add in the shrimp and give a quick mix.
  4. In a pan on medium heat, add in a tbsp of oil.
  5. Then pour the mixture onto the pan. Let it cook on one side fully before flipping it to the other side.
  6. Once done on both sides, serve with some chili oil and garnish with cilantro.
